Starting the first week of October, you can come in and enjoy deliciously prepared and wild-caught Halibut Almondine. This mild and sweet tasting fish will be topped with classic almondine sauce and garnished with sliced almonds. In week two, you can come in and enjoy a Sautéed Hogfish, wild and locally caught with a lemon, butter and white wine sauce topped with delicious lump crab meat. From October 15-21 a wild caught and sustainable Swordfish will be the highlighted fish, deliciously encrusted in crab and shiitake and topped with a citrus beurre blanc. In the final week of National Seafood month, you will be able to enjoy an Asian Chilean Sea Bass, wild caught, grilled and basted with a light soy sesame glaze. Each weekly featured dish has a recommended wine pairing to fully take advantage of the flavor adventure that they are offering.
