COVID-19 Updates & Protocols

The Cool’a Fish Bar, and AP Restaurant Group as a whole, is, and has always been, dedicated to the health, happiness and well-being of our guests and staff. We take pride in the cleanliness of our restaurant and our high food sanitation levels. With the growing concern around COVID-19, we want to take a moment to advise that we have always and will continue to adhere to the highest standards of food safety, preparation and handling.
According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with food. Cool’a Fish and all of its sister restaurants are already following, and will continue to follow, food preparation and safety measures suggested by the CDC. Examples include:
1) Before preparing or eating food, associates wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds
2) Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces
3) Avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth
4) Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
5) Staying home if sick
